How can I purchase from PASELL?
Via our webshop "register as a new customer". You will receive a login code after an assessment of, among other things, business location and Chamber of Commerce data. Existing customers can log in via Login. By telephone or whatsApp: +31 (0) 6 - 26 01 27 18. Via various international trade fairs or a visit by appointment with your
local sales agent based in your country.
What are the purchase prices?
All purchase prices in our webshop are in "euros" and exclusive VAT and only visible when you are logged in.
Can I buy on account?
No (new) export customers always pay in advance by proforma invoice.
What are the shipping costs?
You can see the shipping costs once you have placed your order with the order confirmation. The system automatically calculates shipping costs per EU country.
We send your package with a Track & Trace code and signature for receipt at your location.
What is the minimum order amount?
For export to the retail in the EU we have a minimum € 150, - ex VAT.
What are the delivery times of an order?
Delivery times of an export order are on average between 5 or 7 working days.
With the exception of;
1. The products you ordered are not in stock
2. Bespoke products
3. Trade Fairs and public holidays
4. Force majeure
Can I cancel my order?
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours on written request if the order has not yet been sent. Please note! PASELL may charge additional costs for canceling the order. E.e.a. depending on the status of your order.
Can I return an item?
You can return your item subject to our general payment and delivery conditions. These can be seen when you are logged in and before you place an order.
